DRAMA FACTORY was founded in 1990 and now provides one-to-one tuition in Performing Arts to children and adults, in the Lancaster and Morecambe area.   Using improvisation, mime, movement, voice and speech work, Ginny Scott can help to build confidence and communication skills which are useful in many areas of life, not only drama.  Her sessions help increase the ability to communicate with confidence and success.

The sessions are based on the current LAMDA Examinations syllabus, although it is not essential to take an exam.  Founded in 1861, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) is the oldest drama school in the UK, offering examinations in Communication and Performance in the UK and internationally. LAMDA is recognised as an awarding organisation by Ofqual.  Ginny Scott has been preparing and entering pupils for over 30 years. The higher grades permit direct comparison between academic qualifications such as GCSE and A Level.

Ginny offers exam tuition in Acting, Devising Drama, Miming, Speaking of Verse and Prose, Reading for Performance and Speaking in Public. A LAMDA report and Certificate are awarded on completion of the Exam.  UCAS points can be attained, with up to 12 for a Grade 6, 16 for Grade 7, and 30 for Grade 8.
