GINNY SCOTT graduated from the Webber Douglas Academy in London and worked professionally for 20 years in theatre, radio, television, and films. She continues to be involved with local amateur theatre, performing and directing regularly. She is a voice coach and teaches confidence skills. She has her own theatre company called The Company.
DAVID ASH trained professionally at East 15 Acting School and has taught drama to adults and children for over 30 years. He appears regularly at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. . He is a leading exponent of Improvisation skills in the North West., and has his own company IMPROV EXPRESS. he works professionally with After Dark Theatre Co.
Sarah Moore LLAMDA LWCMD trained at the Royal Welsh College and worked professionally in theatre, television and radio. Founded Cockermouth Drama Club in 1998. Works with her husband, Phil using issue based drama with a variety of groups including ex-offenders; young people excluded from school and other vulnerable groups.
Phil Moore worked for many years as a professional actor, after training at the Webber Douglas Academy. He appeared with Polka Children's Theatre, York Theatre Royal, RolllingStock Theatre, Second City Theatre, Birmingham. Pocket Theatre Cumbria and the Dukes Lancaster
The 13 week evening class is open to adults of all ages and abilities. Classes are usually one and a half to two hours long. Please email or call for current fees and dates. Limited places!
