DRAMA FACTORY Adult Course runs for 13 weeks, one evening a week. It is aimed at people with no experience, to those who have already performed and wish to improve their skills. You will learn a variety of skills including mime, movement, improvisation, and vocal techniques. The course culminates in a performance.
Your tutor GINNY SCOTT graduated from the Webber Douglas Academy in London and worked professionally for 17 years in theatre, radio, television, and films. She continues to be involved with local amateur theatre, performing and directing regularly. She is a voice coach and teaches confidence skills.
Your tutor DAVID ASH trained professionally at East 15 Acting School in London and has taught drama to adults and children for over 25 years. He is well known locally as an actor and director ,appearing regularly at the Grand Theatre. He is a leading exponent of Improvisation skills in the North West.
Classes are usually an hour and a half to two hours long. Current fees are £85 for the course.
